Presentation Summary:
As someone who has represented the Water Boards, nonprofits, and industrial sites, Jennifer will discuss where businesses commonly fall out of compliance, the role of government oversight agencies, why businesses need better relationships with environmental consultants, the chances of a government agency or non-profit enforcing against your business, and how recent cases increase your risks.
