Judy B. Yorke, P.E., CPP, President of Yorke Engineering, LLC, has extensive Air Quality Permitting and Compliance experience at aerospace, military, utility, and industrial facilities. She is a recognized expert on the SCAQMD's regulatory requirements, including Title V, RECLAIM, and New Source Review, and is a member of the SCAQMD's Permit Streamlining Task Force and BACT Scientific Review Committee. She has performed air quality projects requiring complex permitting, large facility auditing, and compliance management planning; emission inventories; air pollution control systems; monitoring, recordkeeping, and reporting systems; GHG reporting; health risk assessments; hazardous substance release planning; regulatory analysis and development; and agency negotiations.
