INVITATION TO JOIN THE ELECTION COMMITTEE
(Need 3 MEMBERS - Who are not Directors)

Subject: IEC/OC: 2021 Elections- Invitation to Join Election Committee
Respond by: Wednesday, September 29, 2021, 5:30 PM PST.
The Industrial Environmental Coalition/Orange County (IEC/OC) Bylaws require that three members of the Board of Directors be elected each year and the maximum number of Board Members is nine. We are getting ready to conduct elections for this year and are looking to form an Election Committee, which will consist of at least two (2) directors and three (3) Business members who are not Directors.
We are looking for 3 Business Members (who are not Directors) to be on the Election Committee.
If you or anyone from your company would like to join the Election Committee, please respond to this email or write to dsrk@aqc-inc.com expressing your interest along with your contact details by the due date mentioned above. Please note that your company should be an active member of IEC/OC in order for you to be eligible to be on this Committee.
