Speaker Bio:
Chuck Pomeroy practices environmental and OSHA regulatory compliance, transactional counseling, and administrative law, with particular emphasis on California's unique regulatory systems including the South Coast AQMD. He currently advises and represents manufacturing and service companies, including metal finishers, industrial laundries, die casters, can makers and grocery markets in all aspects of environmental laws and regulations. He has represented numerous businesses with South Coast AQMD compliance issues ranging from asbestos enforcement to orders for abatement.
As both a former California Registered Environmental Health Specialist and Registered Environmental Assessor, Chuck conducts on-site physical and paperwork evaluations assessing compliance with federal and state environmental and occupational and safety regulations. His range of skills makes him invaluable for direct review of commercial real estate transactions and business acquisitions across the country as well as managing consultant teams and engineers and interpreting their work. Chuck is unusually adept at combining his scientific, technical and legal knowledge to create cost-effective compliance solutions.
