(a) Implementation of Amended IGP
(b) Statistics on Senate Bill 205 - Business License: Storm
Water Discharge Compliance.
2. . Region 8’s enforcement of the Amended IGP, specifically
Time Schedule Orders, Mandatory Minimum Penalties,
and Water Quality Based Corrective Action Plans.
3. Update on:
(a) lawsuits, industrial storm water regulations and litigation.
(b) how the total maximum daily load (TMDL)-based
Numeric Effluent Limitations (NELs) are expected
increase litigation.
4. Industrial facility BMP Maintenance and Storm
Water Compliance.
