TRAINING ON ORANGE COUNTY ENVIRONMENTAL & SAFETY REGULATIONS
Training Details:
The REGULATORY TRAINING DAY is a day of "How-to-Sessions" with valuable training for facility EH&S Specialists/Managers and young EH&S consultants.
The training will focus on how to go through various regulations (air, storm water, hazardous materials/waste, health and safety) and achieve compliance. The training sessions provide guidance on handling inspections and compliance reporting (emissions); hazardous material storage tank maintenance and inspections; conducting Storm Water monitoring and reporting via SMARTS, SWPPP TMDL Updates; and PPE Usage and conducting proactive hazard control in the workplace. The training also provides guidance on environmentally safe operations including essential activities required for compliance with regulatory agencies such as South Coast AQMD, Orange County CUPA, the Water Boards, and OSHA.
