Come roll up your sleeves and learn how to file applications and reports, conduct monitoring and complete other essential activities required for South Coast AQMD, Orange County CUPA and Water Board compliance! This training is a must for EH&S professionals working in Orange County companies.
THE REGULATORY COMMITTEE TRAINING DAY is a day of "How-to-Sessions" for facility EHS staff and consultants.
Morning Session:
9:00a.m. – 10:30a.m. – South Coast AQMD "How-To" Obtain Air Permits and Compliance with Coating, Solvent and Combustion Source Rules.
10:30a.m. – Noon – CUPA Compliance –
Business Plan/CERS,
Basic Hazardous Waste Management and Prop 65.
Lunch:
Noon to 1:00p.m. – Box lunches and Networking
Afternoon Session:
1:00p.m. – 2:30p.m. – IGP Water Compliance, Applicability and Latest Updates, SWPPs, Level 1&2 Reports, TMDLS, Storm Water Monitoring and Analysis.
Training Fees:
Members: $89 first person, $69 each additional person through November 5, 2018, thereafter $115 and $75.
Non-Members: $109 first person, $89 each additional person through November 5, 2018, thereafter $135 and $95.

Fine Print:
Cancelled Reservations must be received by 11/05/18. Late Cancellations cannot be refunded. Unpaid “No Shows” will be billed and must be paid.
If you register, attend the November IEC/OC Regulatory Training Day and decide you want to BECOME A MEMBER of IEC/OC, IEC/OC will deduct the difference from the training cost (between member and non-member) and apply to your membership dues.
