Yorke\, P.E.\, CPP\, President of Yorke Engineering\, LLC\, has extensive Air Quality Permitting and Compliance experience at aerospace\, military\, utility\, and industrial facilities. She is a recognized expert on the SCAQMD's regulatory requirements\, including Title V\, RECLAIM\, and New Source Review\, and is a member of the SCAQMD's Permit Streamlining Task Force and BACT Scientific Review Committee.
