Talk\, fun games\, gifts\, and networking.\n  1. Join us for this fun\, virtual Annual Holiday Event! IEC/OC is excited to have Councilman Carlos Rodriguez to provide highlights of his work with the South Coast AQMD Governing Board in 2020\, and what the Governing Board is expected to accomplish in 2021.\n  2. Have your favorite holiday beverage with you (or bring a picture)\, and  wear your best ugly sweater or holiday garb for the webcam.\n  3. We will vote on the best drink idea and the best holiday outfit for $50 gift certificates to Amazon! \n  4.
