Elizabeth Zernik, BSI EHS Services and Solutions – Ms. Zernik has over 20 years’ of experience in environmental compliance projects nationwide. She is a Trainer of Record for the Industrial General Permit and is a Qualified SWPPP Developer and Qualified SWPPP Practitioner for the Construction General Permit in California. She has provided environmental program management and project support to a wide range of clients from industrial and manufacturing facilities to office properties and educational institutions. She has conducted program development, inspections, sampling, training, reporting, and regulatory submittal filings. At BSI, she is a key member of the Environmental Compliance Team who loves to share her strategies to achieve compliance across a diverse client base.
D. S. R. K. Srinivas, AQC Environmental Engineers - Mr. D.S.R.K. Srinivas is an environmental consultant with specialization in air pollution (including dispersion modeling), and also has extensive experience in EH&S management, waste water, and hazardous waste management. He has over 23 years of professional experience and holds a Master’s Degree in Environmental Engineering with specializations in air pollution control/modeling and advanced waste water treatment. In his current position as Chief Environmental Consultant/Engineer at AQC Environmental Engineers (for the past 10 years), he has been providing support to a variety of industries (process and manufacturing) and commercial clients on permitting, emissions reporting, compliance achievement/maintenance, pollution prevention and control, environmental audits/ assessment, environmental compliance and reporting (air, waste water, hazardous waste, etc.), and EH&S services to a wide range of industries.
In D.S.R.K’s own words… “I have served on the IECOC Board of Directors for the last 10 years in various office positions. I would like to further support IECOC by increasing membership, enhancing our programs to generate greater industry and agency involvement and actively participate in committees to increase member benefits”.
Mehran Ebrahimi, GSI Environmental Inc. - Mr. Ebrahimi is a California licensed Professional Civil Engineer and a stormwater Industrial General Permit (IGP) Trainer of Record (ToR) for Qualified Industrial Stormwater Practitioner (QISP) Training. Mehran has extensive experience with implementation of the California IGP and has provided storm water program support to a variety of industrial facilities in California covered under the IGP. He has developed site-specific hydrologic simulation models and supported the design and optimization of advanced storm water treatment and infiltration systems. Mr. Ebrahimi has 10 years of environmental consulting experience focusing on operation and optimization of surface water treatment systems, including installation, operation, and system troubleshooting.
